Today I learned that all bread is bad for you. Whole grain wheat bread is only good for 72 hours then it goes rancid. Wheat is very sensitive, it will loose it’s nutrients in 72 hours after being ground.

Butter!! Is good for you! God made food naturally rich and healthy for us. We don’t need to eat all that fake butter! Go for the raw real stuff!
